App blocking help
If selected apps aren’t being blocked during your prayer window, check that CathoLock has the required device permissions (Screen Time on iOS, usage access on Android). Ensure the apps you want blocked are selected in CathoLock settings and that your prayer schedule is active.
Prayer schedule help
You can create multiple prayer schedules with different prayers, days, and times. If reminders aren’t appearing as expected, verify your schedule is saved and that the correct days and times are selected.
Notifications help
Prayer reminders require notification permissions. Check CathoLock notification settings in the app and in your device Settings. Do Not Disturb or Focus modes may affect delivery.
Billing & subscription help
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. For refunds, billing disputes, or subscription management, use your platform account settings or contact Apple/Google support directly. We can help clarify CathoLock subscription features at hello@catholock.com.
